Advent — Matthew 4:12-17
When you look around do you see the darkness in this world? In your family? In your heart? Do you recognize the darkness for what it is? Do you lament it? Do you hate it? Do you long for more Light? The season of Advent is about receiving and appreciating and rejoicing in the growing Light of Christ amidst the growing darkness of this world. So Look around and see not only the darkness, but also the Light of Christ that has come and the blessings of the Kingdom that have come with Him. This Advent season, receive the Light of Christ and the blessings of His Kingdom.
