Scripture – Exodus 7:1-8:19
The hardened heart will be justly judged by the supreme One. But, what does a hardened heart look like? Pastor Jason gives us four characteristics:
1. The hardened heart is not easily impressed with evidence of God (7:3b-4a, 11-13)
2. The hardened heart is content with a cheap imitation of God’s power (7:22-23)
3. The hardened heart only reluctantly yields to God’s commands under external pressure (8:13-15)
4. The hardened heart refuses to listen to reason regarding God (8:18-19)
