Scripture – Mark 12:38-13:2
In this message, Pastor Nathan shows us that Jesus doesn’t want us to be impressed by external piety, extravagant offerings, or extraordinary achievements. Instead, we should be impressed by a sincere love for God that is worked out in the pursuit of true holiness and self-sacrificing love in a way that gives all glory to God. Since only Christ perfectly possesses these characteristics, he should be the ultimate focus of our highest admiration.
