Scripture – Ephesians 2:11-13
This message continues our journey through the book of Ephesians with the second paragraph of chapter 2. In the first paragraph, verses 1-10, Paul addressed the vertical alienation that resulted from Adam’s sin. He showed that all men, Jews and Gentiles alike, are dead in their trespasses and sins and remain that way unless and until God makes them alive in Christ. Now, beginning in verse 11 Paul turns his attention to horizontal relationships as he addresses the Gentile Christians in verses 11-13.
