There is a reality to life, as we experience it from an earthly perspective, that is a constantly changing rhythm of time and circumstance. Like the pendulum of a clock that swings from one season to another, to another in a way that is fixed, completely beyond our control. And for what? What is the point? The way we answer that question will either lead us to the darkest despair or to the most brilliant hope.
