My Story

I lived a typical Midwestern life with my parents loving me very much and teaching me the value of hard work. They passed on to me solid morals that included making sacrifices. We usually went to church together as a family, but while my body was there, my heart was not. I felt that going to church was something we did because that’s what we were supposed to do. As a result of this belief, I was separated from God and trying to be my own god, declaring what was right and wrong and living life by my own standards.

I believed these things until 2003 when I began encountering a God who was holy and righteous, but also full of mercy and grace. Through my wife’s example, the prayers of the saints, and the proclamation of the gospel, I began to hate the man I was and have new desires. I surrendered my life to Christ, and God gave me new a heart. Today, I stand before God a sinner that is declared righteous by the blood of Jesus Christ, my Savior, my God.

I have been married to Angela since May 2000 and have been blessed with 4 children: Grace(13), Chase(11), and twins Cade and Canon(8). In my free time, my family and I enjoy camping, BMX, ATVs, baseball, basketball, date nights, and hanging with friends.

Feature Box Title

I hope people will be attracted to PRC, because of the foundation that has supported us rather than looking for the flashiest or hippest church. I hope they will see a church supported by God’s holy words, the Scripture. I hope our children and grandchildren will become covenant members as PRC continues to preach the Word in and out of season. I hope God continues to show us His undeserved grace.
